Directions from the M4 Motorway

From the M4, exit at junction 10 onto the A329(M) following signs for Bracknell. Once in Bracknell you will come to the Twin Bridges roundabout. At the lights head straight over taking the 2nd exit off the roundabout.

You will drive past a Beefeater Restaurant on your right hand side and pass a fire station on your left. At the next roundabout take the first exit to your left. At the next roundabout take the third exit. You will pass Bracknell and Wokingham College on the right hand side and The Manor pub on your left. At the next roundabout take the fifth exit on the right and you will be on London Road heading towards Ascot.

Summit House is on your left hand side approximately 200 metres from the roundabout, and just before the bus stop on your left. Please drive to the rear of the building and park in bays 66-78 on your left.

Directions from the M3 Motorway

From the M3, exit at junction 3 following signs for the A322 towards Bracknell / Light Water. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit off onto the A322 for Bracknell / Bagshot. Go straight through the next set of traffic lights keeping in the left hand lane. Keep following signs for Bracknell. Do not turn off towards Ascot.

At the next roundabout go straight over, with Coral Reef Water World on your left. You will be approaching a large roundabout with traffic lights, Sainsbury's Super Market and The Hilton Hotel on your left. Continue to the next roundabout go straight over, keeping KFC and Sainsbury's Local Garage on your left.

At the next roundabout, go straight over and you come to another where you take the third exit onto a dual carriageway. You will pass Bracknell and Wokingham College on the right hand side and The Manor pub on your left and approaching a further roundabout. Take the fifth exit on the right and you will be on London Road heading towards Ascot.

Summit House is on your left hand side approximately 200 metres from the next roundabout called Eastern Road Roundabout, and just before the bus stop on your left. Please drive to the rear of the building and park in bays 66-78 on your left.

Coming from Bracknell

From the 'Met Office' roundabout in the middle of town with Bracknell & Wokingham College on your right, follow the A329 London Road towards Ascot, keeping Bracknell and Wokingham College to your right drive down the dual carriageway. Summit House is on your left hand side approximately 200 metres from the roundabout, and just before the bus stop on your left.

Please drive to the rear of the building and park in bays 66-78 on your left.
