Simon Duncan

Simon has over 18 years experience in general litigation and debt recovery. In his current role, Simon is responsible for overseeing debt recovery for a number of large business and financial institutions. He has an extensive knowledge of debt recovery through county court judgments, charging orders, attachment of earnings, bankruptcy and insolvency.

Simon is married and has five children. In what little spare time he has, not spent with his family, he enjoys carp fishing and DIY. His DIY exploits to date have included building an extension to his home, himself.
